Rimarks Consultants supported the State Government of Jubaland in the recruitment of Directors General. The work entailed the following;
- Analysing the applications submitted;
- Producing a a “long-list” of all applicants;
- Developing a short-listing criterion;
- Producing a “short-list” of five (5) suitable candidates for each position;
- Developing scenarios for the written interview;
- Developing an interviewing template/score sheet;
- Developing an Interview schedule;
- Conducting interviews of the short-listed candidates;
- Preparing submit the final Recruitment Report with recommendations.
