Rimarks Consultants was part of a Joint Venture that implemented the Biometric Registration the Federal Government of Somalia Civil Servants. The registration filled information gaps, made necessary changes, and provided a base for linking HR data system to the payroll and with the overall accountability system. In addition, capacity-building activities was undertaken for relevant government officials and HR offices to learn how to conduct and use the biometric registration equipment.
