Capacity building is currently one of the leading issues in developing countries like Kenya witnessed by various capacity injection initiatives and support from leading international donor organizations. However, the concept of capacity building remains complex and difficult to grasp and put into practice. Different organizations have differing maturity levels starting from level one (developing) to five (developed).
