Program Design

We have supported Capacity Injection programs in Kenya and Somalia for the respective governments, funded by the World Bank. These have been multi-sectorial programmes driven at bridging capacity gaps and covering the following elements:
• Designing programmes for the public sector, civil society and development partners;
• Designing of development partner’s cooperation frameworks with sub-national governments;
• Advising on and development of fund raising mechanisms at times even writing the proposals or convening donor round tables, developing memorandum of understanding between partners, funds flow systems and tools; and
• Managing grant-making processes and systems
